Product Management: A User-Centered Approach
In today’s fast-paced market, many companies treat product management as just another process — pushing features and telling users what they want. However, I believe that true product management goes beyond that. It’s not about dictating solutions but about deeply understanding users’ needs, pain points, and aspirations.
Product management should focus on creating value by listening, observing, and empathizing with the user. A product isn’t just a collection of features; it’s a solution to a problem. To build successful products, we must work closely with users, gather feedback, and continuously iterate.
For me, the role of a product manager is about collaboration—between teams, stakeholders, and most importantly, the users themselves. By putting users at the center of every decision, we can create products that not only meet business goals but also provide a meaningful and impactful experience for those who use them.
